Harris’ Smokehouse is opening our first brick‑and‑mortar restaurant on July 15, 2026. We’re teaming up with Fusion of Buckeye by Jupiter Rings, bringing two standout local brands together under one roof. Guests can enjoy Fusion’s legendary wings and ice‑cold beer alongside Harris’ Smokehouse BBQ, freshly prepared and served onsite.

Our food trailer will continue rolling throughout the Valley for private events, catering, and select public appearances, so you’ll still see us out in the community we love. For over eleven years, the community has lifted us up, and we’re grateful to every customer who has been part of our story.
